Liberty Japan x Sanrio - Bespoke Pop Art Meadow

This design is inspired by Liberty's popular classic "Thorpe" pattern. It was hand-painted in the studio, combining gouache and cutouts collaged from textured paper. Hello Kitty and Tiny Chum subtly peek out from among the nostalgic flowers, adding a playful touch that suggests lively conversation. It depicts them appearing and disappearing into the flowers as if playing hide-and-seek in a bustling spring meadow.
